I now avoid this place. I went there many months ago and ordered two slices of pizza. I figured it was just a standard price but they said it was $4.x per slice but they had a special and it was 2 for 1...so I went ahead and thought that was ok. Recently I went there and now they are charging $4+ for one slice pizza. And the customer service sucks. I am not sure if they purposely don't want me to come back or they just don't have any type of personality to be nice to people. It's easier just to avoid this place. I can't understand why so many people come here but I assume it's because they are waiting for their bus to pull up. =:0

This place was okay. Maybe I am just very spoiled. I stumbled across this place on Yelp and wanted to try it for lunch. I tried to like this place. Most likely not deserving of a second visit! The decor is a bit outdated. We had high hopes and the food looked great, but we got terribly sick after eating the food. It's NOT quality food! Service here was not very good. Sad to say, but I won't be coming back.

We ordered in: -Veggie Stuffed Pie (stuffed with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers, eggplant, ricotta & mozzarella cheese): if you are looking for more of a vegetable dish than pizza, this is what you should order. It's OVERFLOWING with veggies like at this point there is no pizza. I just picked at the veggies and left the crust alone--they were good though. -Sicilian Slice: This had a LOT of cheese on it which I like but not enough sauce. -Cheese Calzone (ricotta, romano & mozzarella): YUM!! The cheese is so flavorful and just oozes out. It's absolutely delicious! FINAL VERDICT: I'd have a calzone anytime but the rest of their stuff is okay.

Pizza is good. Service and place stink. People are rude and no place to sit and eat. Delivery is even worse. Not prompt and shows up cold. Its NY, you can find better places that serve just as good pizza.

Good pizza and probably the best kosher pizza I ever had! Margarita pizza is the way to go. They also deliver for lunch!

Great pizza. Delivery options are amazing. Just order on line and put in a time and food shows up at the exact time. Perfect for the financial district area

Honestly unless you have a kosher diet I don't see any reason to come to this establishment. The customer service is poor, there's rarely anywhere to seat without being elbow to elbow with someone else and worst of all the prices are astronomical. You can go a block in any direction and find a place that's better.

Easily the best NY-style kosher pizza in Manhattan.

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It took 10 minutes even though I was the only person in the shop. The bagel doesn't taste toasted at all. The man behind the counter stopped to answer a cell call before ringing me up.

I have eaten kosher and non kosher pizza and I found this pizza matches any non-kosher pizza except for the obvious fact that there is no meat on this pizza. What I like in a pizza is strong crust, and a gooey pizza. They made it exactly this way.

The dairy part of a mini-Orthodox food empire on the backside of the very end of Broadway, there's nary a piece of pepperoni or sausage to be found here for dietary reasons. The relative captive audience seems to permit a rather terrible dining experience. It starts from the organization, where there are three different counters serving different parts of food. The pizza oven is a clue that slices come from the back, but otherwise it's a total clusterfuck. It took several minutes to track down the cashier to actually pay for my lunch, and another five to figure out where to dispose my tray. Finally when a man appeared, he called me "buddy" which I hate. The calzone was appropriately flaky and thin - too often it seems whatever cheese is being served inside an entire loaf of bread - but the cheese was generally unmelted and fixed inside. It felt like I was eating a couple pieces of not particularly fresh ricotta and mozzarella out of the fridge. Tomato sauce that came on the side for dipping was too sweet and served in far too small of a portion for the calzone on hand. I've ignored this place for the nearly three years I've worked at my current office. After this experience, I'll be going back to old routine of walking right by on the way to somewhere else.

Pizza and Calzones are amazing here!!! I have almost tried every slice in this store, so many options. Great Customer service and lots of sitting area. Favorite slice is Spinach and Spinach Calzone... (As you can tell i like spinach)

Didn't get a chance to try the food. I walked in waited a few minutes and left when I noticed not one single employee there acknowledged me or even looked my way. Great way to lose customers and drop our ratings on yelp. SMH

We stumbled onto this place as we walked up from Battery Park towards the WTC. We were starving and this place was packed with locals so figured it most be decent pizza. We should have consulted Yelp first. The other reviews are spot on. The pizza is decent, but it's a hole in the wall with limited seating and the service is terrible. It's biggest draw must be that it's kosher because otherwise you can skip this one.

The pizza is ok, but have ordered for delivery multiple times and they were over 45 minutes late both times.

Um yeah. They won't deliver up stairs?! So they didn't think to buzz my buzzer. What a joke. Never again

The pizza was ok- but the vegetable toppings could have been better: mushrooms were clearly from a can, the spinach was frozen, etc. Was glad to have a Kosher option in this area that sold slices and had a variety of vegetable toppings. I ordered one slice with cheese and one cheeseless; for me the amount of cheese was excessive but most people love that. The place was crowded during lunch but they still managed to serve us quickly.

I had to wait 15 minutes for a bagel and an egg. The women behind the counter were nasty. Didn't listen to me when I tried to order. I had to repeat my "toasted plain bagel with just a plain egg, no cheese" order 3 times. I asked if i could get a little pesto sauce mixed into the egg or maybe put on top. The woman said thought to herself, gave me a look like "that's gross" and said "um if its not on the menu than no. Read before you order." I asked you cant ask in the kitchen if they have? she said "if i say no, then its no." Meanwhile, a kitchen worker came out with a whole container of pesto. I asked again and she said no. Besides this pesto argument, she messed up my bagel. The staff only talks amongst themselves without acknowledging customers. Thinking that i don't speak spanish, they started talking about me and making fun. They were wrong. They take care of their own food needs while the customer waits. They are unhelpful and would rather sit and talk to each other than help a customer. Understanding English there is also something that needs to be addressed. Overall, I thought it was pathetic. The women behind the counter are so nasty. Would not eat there again and I suggest avoiding it at all costs. Customer service is a -100.
